Dan Stolar

As an analyst at Alpha Venture Partners, Dan diligences investment opportunities, manages AVP’s venture network and provides support for AVP’s portfolio companies. Dan also sources Seed through Series B deals, and curates events in NYC, for the venture capital arm of the Pritzker Group, whom AVP advises.

Prior to joining Alpha Venture Partners, Dan was an investment banking analyst at Peter J. Solomon Company (PJSC). While at PJSC, Dan advised on transactions including Skullcandy’s sale to Mill Road Capital and Tractor Supply Company’s acquisition of Petsense. Prior to his time at PJSC, Dan was a Municipal Credit Summer Analyst at Brown Brothers Harriman. Dan also has experience working internationally, having worked as a Venture Lending Summer Analyst at Viola Credit in Tel Aviv.

Dan received his B.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
